White Mansion is an affordable apartment in Davao City with great facilities FREE to all our customers. From a Swimming pool by the Club House, to a Sun Deck on the roof, your stay at whitemansion will surely pleasurable.
Also, White Mansion is the first to offer FREE high speed internet access in all its rooms! Our internet connection is fast and reliable so you can stay in touch with the world from the comforts of your room!

The CLUB HOUSE
Our Club House has a mini bar, a lounge, a TV w/ cable, DVD player, comfort room and a server room in which you can use to surf the internet. The Club House is right next to the swimming pool. Your kids can have a swim while you relax at the club house, and have a friendly conversation with other guests.
Take a dip and cool down in our 3x10 meter swimming pool. Water is always clean and maintained everyday. Our swimming pool's depth is from from 4ft - 9ft deep. Perfect for both kids and the kids at heart.
Fancy an evening dip? Night swimming is not a problem
at White Mansion. The swimming pool
is always opent to customers any time of the day and night. It's well illuminated, and as usual, very secure.
We invite you to come up and see an over looking view of Davao City. Our Sun Deck is located at the roof tops of White Mansion. There you can sit down for coffee, watch the sun set, or simply relax and enjoy the view.
Every unit at White Mansion is equipped with a fast DSL internet line. All our customers are treated to a free HIGH SPEED BROADBAND connection to the internet.
Our DSL service is provided by the country's primary telecommunications and internet service company, PLDT, assuring you of fast and reliable connection to the internet.
If you don't have a computer/laptop with you, no need to go to Internet Shops. You can use our computer available at the Club House! You need not travel to internet cafe's to connect online.
Call or fax from White Mansion to ANYWHERE in the world! Our units are equipped with your own telephone. For Faxing, simply visit our office and one of our friendly attendants will be happy to assist you!
